As the Group CEO, Tiro brings to the table over 21 years of extensive experience in the ICT sector. As the Founder and CEO of the Dv8 Technology Group of Companies, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the design, implementation, and meticulous monitoring of the organisation’s strategic direction. Core to his role is also being the driving force towards regional and global expansion. Tiro’s academic achievements are truly impressive, with a portfolio that includes programmes at renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School (SEP), Stanford University Graduate School of Business (Seed), and Wits University (CPPL, TPRM), amongst others. His remarkable contributions to the field of technology earned him admission to the Forbes Technology Council in 2020.

Karabo Tlhagwane

Group: COO

Our Chief Operating Officer boasts nearly two decades of experience in the ICT sector. Fueled by a fervent passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, he embarked on his journey with his inaugural startup, Portal Buzz, which stood as a pioneer in SMS-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and client interaction solutions. In the years that followed, Karabo went on to establish another successful venture, Smartel Communications, an ICASA Licensed ECS and ECNS provider. Eventually, his extensive involvement in the broader ICT landscape culminated in his co-founding role within the Dv8 Technology Group.
